Synopsis
		sfcut < in.rsf > out.rsf verb=n [j1=1 j2=1 ... f1=0 f2=0 ... n1=n1 n2=n2 ... max1= max2= ... min1= min2= ...]

jN defines the jump in N-th dimension
fN is the window start
nN is the window size
minN and maxN is the maximum and minimum in N-th dimension

Reverse of window.
